How to Join the Fourth Degree

The Fourth Degree of the Knights of Columbus is available to all third degree members in good standing who are citizens of the country they reside and wish to grow in their practice of Catholic patriotism.

Please complete the form below and our membership director, will reach out to you.  He will provide you with the nessary forms. There is no online exemplification. Here is the link for the next one schedualed.
